Brick City Baking Company is a wholesale artisan bread bakery in Ozone Park, NY founded in 2005 by Wendy Louie and Christopher Hollis. Our breads are handcrafted using only natural ingredients and employing traditional techniques of fermentation. Each of our doughs is made with a starter that has been carefully cultivated for almost two decades. Our doughs are developed slowly, with little yeast. That is why we take your orders two days in advance. The long fermentation process gives artisan breads their complex flavor and texture, and baking in a stone lined oven creates the kind of crusts that we desire. Without the use of dough conditioners or preservatives, our breads are easy to digest and are healthier than grocery store breads. We deliver to the New York Metropolitan area and produce baked goods to meet the demands of a wide range of food outlets, from the finest restaurants to the corner deli.
