Long time veteran of New York City’s restaurant industry, Wendy Louie decided to open Brick City Baking Company in 2005. The goal, to create and supply wholesome bread to NYC’s restaurants, delis, and markets. Today we serve not only NYC but all of Long Island and parts of New Jersey. Over the years we have been faithful to our vision of all natural products lovingly made by hand and given the time needed to achieve the flavors the we and our customers desire.
