Focaccia

Much like it’s famous cousin Ciabatta, the semifluid consistency of Focaccia dough needs to be contained in a pan. Light, airy, delicate sheets or half sheets of Focaccia can be topped with olives, tomatoes, rosemary or fresh carmelized onions.
