Brick City Baking Company is a wholesale artisan bakery in Queens, NY started in 2005 by Wendy Louie and Christopher Hollis.  Our breads are hand crafted using only natural ingredients like flour, water, salt and yeast and some fruits and nuts at times.  The trick to bread is time, like all good things.  The bread needs time to develop and it needs time to rest.  The long fermentation process gives artisan breads their unique flavor and texture, and baking in a stone lined oven creates the kind of crusts that we look for.  We deliver to the New York Metropolitan area and produces baked goods to meet the demands of a wide range of food outlets, from the finest restaurants to the corner deli.
