Pan de Manteca

Pan de manteca, otherwise known as lard bread, is the traditional bread for Cuban sandwiches. Though we don’t use pork lard, we use a plant based, trans-fat free alternative, resulting in a soft hero ready for the Cubano press or equally as good for a cheesesteak.
